Q: How do I start a free trial?
A: Click on any of the premium features (Best in Bags or Find Upgrades) and you can try them for free right away. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. We never ask for your credit card during the trial so you don’t have to worry about being tricked into forgetting!

Q: Why are the prices different for monthly / annual?
A: Just like with anything, you get a discount when buying in bulk. We also get charged every time we send a transaction through the payment system (Stripe) and Credit Cards. 1 transaction costs less than 12. We pass the savings on to you 🙂

Q: Do the subscriptions auto-renew?
A: Yes. New subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on what plan you choose. You can cancel online, at any time, with the click of a button.

Q: Can I cancel?
A: Yes, but Mr. Robot will be lonely without you. You can cancel at anytime, and your current subscription will continue until the end date. On the end date, you will not be charged. To cancel, visit your account page.

Q: How do I update or change my credit card?
A: Visit your account page.

Q: Is it secure to purchase on your site?
A: Absolutely! In fact, we never touch or store your credit card information. When you enter your credit card and submit your order, we send that directly to our payment processor, Stripe (see who else uses it) and PayPal. It never goes to our servers, so we never see it. Payment security is a big task, so we leave it to the pros!
